Shopping Policy
By confirming your transaction at the end of the PayPal checkout process, you agree to accept the item(s) requested.
Order Cancellation
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. If the order has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund, minus shipping and handling costs.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We will contact you if any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
In no event will BraLiner.com or Wick'em LLC be liable for any non-sufficient fund or other bank fees resulting directly or indirectly from any debits to your checking or debit account.
Shipping and Handling Costs
We currently ship orders via USPS First Class Parcel Post to the U.S. and Canada only. Shipping is free, no matter how many bra liners you order.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days for a full refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless an item is damaged or defective.
Returns on Defective Merchandise or Incorrect Shipments
In the unusual event that you received a defective item or an incorrect shipment, please contact our customer service department by emailing braliner@gmail.com. If you do not have email access, you can call our office at 1-866-222-0037 for assistance. We need to know when you ordered your bra liner(s), a description of the problem, and whether you would like an exchange or refund. Make sure to include your name, address, phone number and email address (if you have one) in case we need to contact you.
Replacement Items
Replacement items will be processed and shipped upon receipt of merchandise to be exchanged. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of merchandise to be returned. Customers will be notified via email when the return or exchange has been processed and a credit has been issued to the original form of payment and/or when exchanged items have been shipped.
BraLiner.com and Wick'em LLC are not responsible for any returned packages not received. Please be sure to send your return packages in a way that can be tracked and/or that sends you confirmation of our receipt to avoid potential problems.
By accepting these Terms of Use through your use of the Site, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18 but at least 13 years of age you may use this Site only under the supervision of a parent of legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. All billing and registration information provided must be truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information may constitute a breach of these Terms of Use.
